Dear Walden Families,

Helpful Hints and Information to Share With Guests

• The event begins at 8:30 a.m.
• Valet parking is available from Rose Alley (follow carline path; enter Thompson Alley from Daisy Ave.). Please encourage your guests to use the valet parking or to park in the Guitar Center parking lot to minimize traffic congestion in the neighborhood.
• Visitors need to enter the campus through the South yard, where we will be checking them in before they can enjoy some breakfast treats.
• This day has a special schedule; please see below.
• Grandparents and Grand Friends' Day ends at 11 a.m. Students can go home with their visitors at that time or stay until the end of the school day at noon (please let your child's teacher know if they will be leaving campus with their guests).
• Grand friends are meant to be adult visitors only.
• Parents, please be considerate of the high traffic and parking demands around campus. 

Event Schedule

Between 9 and 11 a.m., guests will be visiting classrooms and attend an assembly in the Community Room. Here is the assembly schedule; guests will be invited to attend the assembly their grandchild or grand friend will be performing in.

Volunteer Needs

If you have some time to spare that morning, please consider helping us make the event a success by assisting with set-up, check-in, food & drink tables, photography, mingling with guests, or clean-up.
